About Doug

My wife, Julie Fromm, and I have lived in West St. Paul since October of 2000.  We raised our 3 kids here and love living in and serving this community. Since 2004 I have served as an election judge for both city and school district elections.  I have already met many ward 1 voters over the years in my role as Head Election Judge in Ward 1, Precinct 1. I joined the Charter Commission in 2013 and now serve as Chairperson. I have had the privilege of serving this community in many other ways over the years. Please click the box below to learn more!  I ask for your vote and support  to elect me to the West St. Paul City Council, where I hope to continue serving the residents of West St. Paul!
